Advanced Course for Complex Transfers for Healthcare Professionals
The goal of this course is to educate select staff members who have already taken the intro course to be trained to be a "transfer expert" in advanced transfers for clients with poor trunk control or multiple comorbidities. Classes are customized to each individual staff member and site specifics. Site specifics, but not limited to: acute care facilities, inpatient rehabs, outpatient clinics, in-home caregivers.

Group classes for up to 6 employees at a time who already completed the Introductory Course.

These individuals will be taught how to complete complex transfers for clients who have more severe mobility deficits.

Advanced techniques for rolling bariatric clients, T-bone transfers, slide board transfers, and transfers on/off more complex surfaces (cars, toilets, uneven surfaces etc).

This will open the marketability of the office/business and promote inclusion of all clients despite any mobility concerns.
