Lisa has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of environments, including acute care hospitals, inpatient rehab hospitals, home health care, and outpatient clinical settings. She has built and run a High Intensity Interval Training program for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Virginia.  She educates medical staff within her facility on the safe handling and transfers with patients with complex diagnoses and comorbidities.

Lisa lives in Denver, CO and in her spare time enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Vida. You can usually find her snowboarding or hiking in the mountains.
