Dr. Lisa Spears has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine for Healthcare Services and has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of environments, including acute care hospitals, inpatient rehab hospitals, home health care, and outpatient clinical settings. She has built and run a High Intensity Interval Training program for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. 

She has taught hands-on safe patient handling courses for 5 years, and her classes have reduced workplace injury by 66% in the first year.

Lisa lives in Denver, CO and in her spare time enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Vida. You can usually find her snowboarding or hiking in the mountains.
